Our 5-year limited warranty covers all products purchased directly from us, guaranteeing that they will be free from manufacturer defects for 5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Yes, the warranty does not cover products that have been altered by any person, dealer, or company without our written authorization. Yes, our table tops and desk tops are made from High Pressure Laminate (HPT), which uses computer-simulated wood grains and color tones. Table and desk legs are made of solid wood with natural variations in grain and stain. While efforts are made to match these components as closely as possible, perfect matches cannot always be guaranteed.

6. Is there a limit to the amount of damages that can be claimed?
The warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages such as loss of use, installation or re-installation charges, storage fees, or any damage to personal property. Our responsibility is limited to the purchase price of the product or its replacement.
